House Rules

We request that if you want to book our place, to please read our house rules below carefully. We have poured a lot of our passion and resources into creating The Beach Loft and it brings us great pleasure to provide our guests with an amazing experience while staying here. Having these guidelines allows us to joyfully continue offering our Loft as a vacation rental to our wonderful guests.

  • Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be mindful of our furniture, wash the dishes and dispose any garbage bags properly.
  • Be mindful of your electricity consumption. Switch off all appliances, including AC when leaving the apartments.
  • Be careful with our apartment keys, Reef access card and any other access cards provided. Additional cost will apply in case of misplacement.
  • Please respect the maximum visitors and rules regarding visitors. Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee as noted in our rates. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home.
  • Be respectful and cordial to our neighbors. Within the apartment and while in the common areas, please keep the noise level down at all times.
  • Please respect our check in/check out schedules to ensure our best service. Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm.
  • Please respect the rules of the common areas of each development. Guests assume all liability and responsibility for the use of the pools and/or hot tubs. For your safety, no diving in the pools and no glass around the pool areas.
  • When using our parking spaces, please park your vehicle in the designated spaces.
  • Please avoid smoking in the apartments, as well as in the outdoor areas.
  • Please reach out to your hosts in case of any emergency, malfunction or any other need. Please notify us if something gets broken even if it is something small, so we know to replace it. We will gladly assist you and provide with any information or tips you may need.
  • We try to keep our vacation rental as child-friendly as possible. That said, parents always have the final responsibility of ensuring their children’s safety at all times. Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults.
